Junior Growth Marketer (1 year full-time contract)

Sago Mini is an award winning company that creates fun apps and toys for preschoolers worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Junior Growth Marketer to join our growth marketing team. An Optimizer. Tech Marketer. Data-driven self-starter with a love for experiments. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team that drives paid customer acquisition strategy, execution and performance across Facebook, Apple Search, Google, and other channels. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and product management teams to coordinate, optimize, and measure multiple growth campaigns in a ‘test and learn’ environment. Highly analytical, proactive, and organized, you will have the opportunity to lead in-app cross promotion and Apple search ads. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in building and managing user acquisition strategies across a variety of products and channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, referrals).

  • Help to develop, prioritize and execute on weekly growth experiments.

  • Optimize paid campaigns and generate internal reporting for KPIs.

  • Implement and optimize a newly designed referral program.

  • Coordinate ad creative asset development with the marketing and design teams.

  • Accountable for the development, management, and implementation of in-app cross-promotion campaigns.

  • Assist the team with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or quantitative or analytical field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in an Ecommerce or digital marketing role preferably in a start-up environment.

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook and Google’s ad networks.

  • Experience using paid channels to drive customer growth.

 

 

Ideal candidates will have:

 

  • Solid understanding of digital channel landscape including but not limited to, paid search, social, display, video, and affiliates.

  • Experience with digital marketing analytics and attribution.

  • Practical knowledge of how to use analytics to grow, test, measure, and optimize channels to drive ROI.

  • Ability to analyze and model complex data sets. 

  • A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
