At Lylli, we’re building the future of how children’s books are created. Through our studio platform, we enable creators (internal or external) to produce high-quality children’s stories using technology-assisted workflows - and as Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and experience of this platform.

You’ll shape a new generation of digital-first children’s books, empowering storytellers to create faster, at greater scale, without compromising on quality. Your work directly impacts how creators, partners, and internal teams collaborate to deliver magical stories to kids and parents. Pretty neat, no?

Also, this is a high-impact role spanning discovery, strategy, and execution. You’ll define the platform’s value proposition, drive ambitious roadmaps, and continuously improve the end-to-end creation journey.

How will you create impact?

Your mission is to build the world’s best creation platform for kids’ books – combining intuitive tools, scalable workflows and data-driven iteration.

Product Ownership

  • Own the studio platform roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Design creator UX, onboarding and workflow systems
  • Translate product strategy into development sprints

Creator tools Workflows

  • Build tools that enable and support creators to write, edit, illustrate and publish books
  • Optimize AI-assisted creation workflows for quality and speed
  • Continuously iterate UX for ease-of-use and scale

Quality Collaboration

  • Partner with the Head of Editorial Creation to ensure tooling supports narrative standards
  • Implement guardrails that guide creators toward high-quality output

Data Analytics

  • Define metrics for creator success and story quality signals
  • Use data to optimize tools, workflows and feature adoption
  • Run experiments across content creation journeys

Team Collaboration

  • Work with design, engineering and content teams to ship new features
  • Sync with App Product Lead to align studio output with reader needs


Qualifications and Skills

  • Background as a Product Lead or Product Manager in relevant area, preferably with experience in creator platforms, marketplaces, UGC tools or AI products
  • Experience building products in experimental, fast-moving environments
  • A data-driven and highly collaborative approach
  • Degree in a business, education, technical or related field
  • Experience in people management


The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Toronto is $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
